Kundalini Energy Activation
Kundalini is the energy of consciousness and when aroused it brings new state of consciousness, ecstasy, bliss, healing and transcendence of self. Kundalini activation is a direct energy transmission that awaken and mobilize our vital energy. By mobilizing it, this energy rises up the spinal column to the brain opening a door for the processes of self-knowledge, emotional release and unblocking of traumas, bringing mental clarity and helping advance personal processes. It is an encounter with oneself, with the personal power, which makes us see, accept and embrace our lights and our shadows.
The process is highly personal and often leads to life-changing events. These may be related to a changed perspective on life, connection with the inner child, a change in the way you relate to yourself and others, changes in diet, letting go of bad habits, addictions, or unhealthy relationships.
You lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body or just directs the energy to some part of the body. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…
It is important not to repress anything that wants to be revealed. Be aware of it without letting your mind interfering and feel free to express it.

Bianca is a Kundalini activation therapist, a Reiki therapist, a Ashtanga yoga teacher, a
spiritual life coach, a Movement practitioner and a world traveller. Meditation, energy work, movement practice (Ido Portal method), yoga, pranayama and healthy nutrition are part of her daily life. She spent also a lot of time studying about nutrition, neuroscience and health. A great intuition and sensitivity, very curious and questioning everything, she is always learning.
What more fills her heart is investing her energy towards supporting people on their path, to reconnect with their true essence and reactivating their self-healing.
Preparation
Eye mask (if you have one), confortable cloths.
It is highly recommended to not eat for at least 3 hours before the session.
It is highly recommended to not drink alcohol or use any drugs at least 24 h before and after the session.
