For about a decade Crussen has been exploring ways in which he can have a new experience of himself in the world. Upon seeing himself differently, he is reminded that he can move around in this world with lightness. His concept of Self needn’t be so fixed and as stimuli come at him, he can receive and carry it without attaching to it. He can let it move him before he responds and let it move through him and out.
Over the years a mission to be in service of others has established itself. As he goes further into his own practices, the mediums through which he express himself solidify and multiply. He creates electronic music, DJ, play harmonica, facilitate breathwork, sound journey and movement experiences. He also strive to embody and radiate what he learned in every awake moment. He sees every interaction and every situation as an opportunity to understand himself better, and the better he understands himself the better he can relate to others.
Playful, explorative, cathartic, ecstatic, integrative, sustainable. He creates opportunities for you to just be – to be fundamentally human. Let’s get animated and motivated to create and build and embrace all of life – darkness included – with lightness.
