Chi Nei Tsang abdominal chi massage is an ancient and powerful Taoist healing practice to detoxify and strengthen the body. It targets the root causes of physical, emotional, and mental imbalances by working on the internal organs and releasing deep-seated tension.
It helps alleviate chronic pain, boosts the immune system, supports the body’s natural healing processes, and is particularly effective for emotional healing.
Preparation
No food or coffee for 3 hours before.
Fruit or a smoothie is okay 1 hour before.
Empty bladder.
Please wear loose fitting clothing so your abdomen can be open.
Bring 2 sarongs and some water.
