Lizzy brings over 15 years of experience teaching children in UK and international schools, specializing in alternative education settings like Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and Forest School. As a Lead Outdoors Educator and Certified ‘Flower Yoga’ Children’s Yoga Teacher, she has helped set up and manage family retreats at Sivananda Ashrams and centers for many years.
