Sara is a yoga and meditation teacher, speaker, and an author. For nearly a decade she has been sharing her passion for yoga, self-development, and healing with her students all over the world in-person through workshops, retreats, and trainings, as well as online on social media and through her app SATI studio. As both a dedicated student and an experienced teacher, Sara’s ultimate goal is to guide others towards their deepest most authentic selves, cultivate connection & devotion, and find a sense of inner power.
